Sourcing enquiries
Submitting a Buyer Brief is a request for review. It is not an order and no payment is collected through the public sourcing form. NORYQEN may request additional information before determining whether a requirement can be quoted.
Quotations and commercial terms
Final specifications, quantity, MOQ, branding, packaging, pricing, taxes where applicable, freight, lead time, delivery assumptions, payment terms and validity are governed by the written quotation, invoice or other agreed commercial document issued for the specific project.
Product and supplier references
Public visuals may include concept imagery or supplier-provided reference photographs. Unless expressly stated in a written quotation, they should not be interpreted as approved production samples, confirmed stock or final NORYQEN specifications.
Availability and timing
Supplier capacity, materials, stock, branding methods and logistics can change. Delivery dates remain subject to the assumptions and conditions stated in the written quotation and to any dependencies outside NORYQEN's reasonable control.
Acceptable use
You may use the site to review NORYQEN's services and submit legitimate business enquiries. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit unlawful or misleading material, or use the forms to transmit payment-card data, government identification, health information or other unnecessary sensitive data.
Changes
NORYQEN may update website content and these terms as the service develops. The version published on this page applies to use of the website from its publication date.
